Where his obsession came from nobody knows, but it courses through his veins like an unstoppable energy that releases it’s electrifying power when his fingers caress the records. Booties bounce and bodies contort whenever Marcus gets behind the decks. Over many years, Marcus King has travelled the globe playing his music. From the birthplace of cosmic disco, Gabicce Mare on Italy’s West Coast to across the seas where it all began in New York City.

In recent years he resided in London, where he was a formidable figure of the renowned Pearl Flash parties in the East End. Also playing venues from nightclubs to warehouses, spreading the musical love at infamous parties such as The Cosmic Truth and Lazar-magnetic sessions. Sydney is once again his home and you can catch him down at the Spice Cellar to experience this energy for yourself.
